The mask mandate for health care settings is no longer in effect as of June 12th, 2022. Our practitioners will continue wearing a mask during in person sessions and it is up to your discretion if you choose to wear one at this time. Please continue to monitor for flu like symptoms and stay home if you have symptoms. Virtual and telephone appointments are available for your convenience. We are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed.

We are OPEN for IN PERSON services such as naturopathic consultations, acupuncture, bowenwork, and reiki. To ensure the health and safety of everyone some services are available VIRTUALLY such as meet and greets, naturopathic initial and follow-up consultations.
To reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 we have put in place physical distancing and disinfecting procedures according to the Ontario Ministry of Health and our respective regulatory college guidelines.
As natural health practitioners we CANNOT diagnose or treat COVID-19. If you have recently travelled or been to an airport where you may have been exposed or if you have started experiencing flu-like symptoms we advise you to stay home and self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days.

Reiki and Shamanic Healing
Reiki is an energy balancing system. It is a gentle healing art of tapping into the universal energy all around the body, bringing it through our palms into specific parts of the client's body to promote stress reduction, ease the pain, and alleviate emotional suffering.
Shamanic healing:
We work with the luminous energy field that surrounds and informs our physical, emotional
and spiritual world. It contains the template of our health, how we live, how we heal.
There are 4 main processes:
Illumination process - we work together to identify and release negative imprints in the luminous
energy field.
Extraction/Cord Cutting process - we remove heavy and intrusive energies that are not an authentic part of your soul
in a way that honors and transforms them, as well as the issues surrounding them.
Soul Retrieval process - I journey on client's behalf to recover a part of her/his self that separated from them
during a traumatic event and it is waiting for the opportunity to be reunited. This beautiful process and all its gifts and wisdom offerings, bring a profound sense of wholeness.
Death and Dying process - I work with those on their end of life journey to die consciously and with the family members to find their way out of grief and despair.
